Societe Generale Ghana has celebrated its Customer Service Week to show appreciation to its customers for their loyalty and to spell out its commitment to offer a best-in-class and continuously enhanced customer experience.
 
This year’s activities were organised under the theme ‘Customer Satisfaction, our focus’; this is the Bank’s continued promise to its cherished customers. The Bank took this opportunity to appreciate all its customers for doing business with it over the years.
 
Joining the global celebration with other subsidiaries under the Societe Generale Group; the Bank hosted its week long campaign from 3rd to 7th October 2016.
 
During this week long celebration, the Management of the Bank visited the Bank’s Branches to experience the service level for themselves and also interact with customers.
 
Speaking during Management’s visit to the Osu Branch, the Managing Director of Societe Generale Ghana, Mr. Sionle Yeo reiterated the Bank’s commitment to continue bringing world class customer service to the Ghanaian consumer. Mr. Yeo stated that, “Societe Generale Ghana prides itself as the most customer oriented Bank that brings down its global know-how to give its customers a world class banking experience”.
 
Mr. Yeo assured customers that the Bank would continue to take its customer service delivery to the next level.
 
The Bank rolled out a number of activities for its customers in celebration of its commitment to providing world class customer service.
 
Societe Generale Ghana is encouraging everyone to come and enjoy the best banking products and services from its Highly Committed Relationship Banking Team.
