Vacancy: Cash Collection Supervisor

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Cash Collection Supervisor to;

  • Supervise activities of Field Officers and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Check daily cash mobilization by Field Officers
  • Undertake call over functions of the daily cash collections processed by Field Officers.
  • Handle day-to-day account management of customers in your portfolio.

QUALIFICATION (S)

  • Minimum of (3) three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
