Terms and Conditions for SG Ghana Festive Visa Cashback Promo
Definition
Cashback: Cashback is a rewards program where customers can earn back a percentage of the money they spend while shopping
General Terms and Conditions:
Duration: Campaign runs from 1st December, 2025 to 31st January, 2026
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Cashback promo, customer must have SG Ghana visa debit card; Platinum, Gold or Classic card.
Only payments made online or via Point of Sale (POS) terminal will be considered.
The campaign will cover salaried current accounts
Exceptions
Payments made with SG Ghana visa card on third party platforms (e.g. expressPay) are excluded
Mechanics
Use your SG Ghana to make a minimum of five (5) transactions (POS/e-commerce) within the promo period
Ensure the cumulative amount spent on these 5 transactions amount to a minimum of GHS2,000
Every 5 successful transactions amount to GHS2000 qualifies an entry into a draw
A total of fifteen (15) participants will be drawn in a draw supervised by the National Lotteries Authority

Customers accounts will be credited with the said amount after the draw in February, 2026.
