Step 2: Click below to download the relevant KYC forms:

• Download KYC Form – Customer Income Self Declaration (PDF, 43.63 KB)
• Download KYC Form – Declaration of Means Form (PDF, 253.35 KB)

Step 3: Fill out the form with your latest and most accurate personal information.

Step 4: Take clear photos of the following:

• A recent utility bill (not older than 3 months)

• A recent payslip (if employed)

Step 5: Take a selfie clearly showing your full face (no hats or sunglasses)

Step 6: Email the completed form and photos to your branch’s official email address.
