The program brought together 50 participants, with strong representation from persons with disabilities, ensuring that entrepreneurial opportunities are accessible to all. The sessions focused on equipping participants with the tools to build financially resilient and sustainable businesses within the fashion industry.

Attendees were trained in financial management, bookkeeping, investment and funding opportunities, responsible sourcing of materials, ethical business practices, branding and online marketing. These are all key areas needed to scale and grow modern fashion businesses.

The Finlite Project forms part of the bank’s broader mission to support SMEs and foster financial literacy across all segments of Ghanaian society
